Port for Windows Phone 8 and Windows Store Apps

Hi!

I've started to work on porting BC to Windows Phone 8 and Windows Store Apps. What is the best way to feed that work back? Just supplying a patch to the list? :)

Hi John,
The ideal way would be to open an issue at our JIRA:
http://www.bouncycastle.org/jira and provide the patch there.

Please check http://www.bouncycastle.org/jira/browse/BMA-107 to see if
it already covers what you want.
